In raspberry pi, to get the docker container to read directly from physical device(arduino), while running docker container, pass in the device name. Example - sudo docker build . -t image_name docker run -it –device=/dev/ttyACM0 image_name

Commands

docker build -t send_to_eventhub . docker run -it –device=/dev/ttyACM0 image_name

Packages

1. Arduino (C++) - Load in Arduino Uno with Arduino IDE
2. raspberrypi_send_to_iothub - Docker image in raspberrypi - run with docker run -d –device=/dev/ttyACM0 send_to_eventhub
3. raspberrypi_send_todb - Docker image in rasperrypi - run with docker run -d send_to_db
